Your items will ship within 2 to 4 business days, with delivery expected an additional 1 to 7 business days afterward, depending on your location. We will forward your tracking number as soon as it’s available.

Please note that all items are insured by the carrier against damage during shipment until received by you.

While damage is uncommon, following these guidelines will help resolve any issues quickly:

• Review your shipping address on the invoice to confirm it is correct.
• Ensure someone is available at the time of delivery to verify the model numbers and inspect the items for any visible damage before signing. If you notice any damage to the box—even if the equipment appears unaffected—please note it on the shipper’s delivery ticket and send us photos.
• If there is obvious damage, please reject the delivery, take photos, and email them to support@hsheatpumps.ca
• If damage is discovered after delivery, please report it to us within 24 hours to assist in filing a claim.
