Quote Terms and Order Instructions

This quote is valid for 21 days. 

To proceed, click the “Accept Quote” button at the top of the quote page. This will generate a secure payment page, and a separate email will be sent with the payment link. Orders are processed once payment is received.

Items are typically available within 4-7 business days after payment by credit card. We will notify you when your order is ready so you can schedule a pickup time. 

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for local pickup, and pickups must be scheduled between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, as no pickups are permitted after 3:00 pm. 

The warehouse is not responsible for any damages that occur after collection. 

Please bring your invoice at the time of pickup to confirm the model numbers match your order prior to loading.

Local pickup processes:

For courier pickup, I will provide you with the package dimensions (length, width, height, and weight). You can then forward these details to your courier so they can issue a Bill of Lading (BOL). A copy of the BOL must be sent to me so I can authorize the warehouse to release the shipment.

If you are sending your own driver and truck, I will need their full name in advance. At pickup, the driver must provide your name along with the dealer’s name: Horizonsun Ltd., parent of Horizonsun Heat Pumps®.

If you are picking up the order yourself, simply bring valid photo ID and provide the dealer’s name: Horizonsun Ltd.
